Responsibilities:
- Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Demonstrate safe, clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a Primary Care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non‑medical prescriber.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- It is preferred that the candidate is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
Package Description:
- Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
