What you'll be doing each day:
- Carry out functional assessments with claimants face to face, via video & telephone to assess their ability to undertake activities of daily living.
- Through the assessment process you'll ask focused questions and use active listening and critical reasoning skills to gather accurate information.
- Produce high quality, structured clinical reports on all claimants you assess, for submission to the DWP.
- Review evidence, request and evaluate additional evidence when required and clinically triage cases to determine the correct assessment pathway.
- Work alongside other highly experienced clinical colleagues to ensure high-quality & fair assessments for all claimants.
Who We're Looking For:
- NMC-registered Adult Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), HCPC-registered Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics or GPhC Pharmacists.
- With excellent communication & critical-thinking skills, the ability to type and confidence using computers.
