Join us as we face the future with Frimley Health Foundation Trust in our new purpose built elective Heatherwood Hospital in Ascot, Berkshire. We have a band 6 post available at Heatherwood Hospital in our elective Orthopaedic theatres. This is the ideal opportunity for you, if you are an experienced and skilled Orthopaedic Theatre Scrub Nurse or ODP in elective surgery. You will be part of an exciting initiative for Frimley Health NHS Trust and our users. We offer the successful candidates full hospital induction and are committed to personal and professional development with the support of our dedicated practice development team. We will develop and encourage your career in clinical leadership and support you to undertake post registration courses.

Main duties of the job: We have a vacancy for a band 6 practitioner. The department is looking for an enthusiastic band 6 Theatre Practitioner with Orthopaedic experience to join our team as we transition into our new hospital with state‑of‑the‑art facilities focusing on the delivery of outstanding patient experience and care. You will be expected to use your excellent clinical skills supported through evidence‑based knowledge and to actively contribute to service development, identifying opportunities across the perioperative pathway.
