The predicted salary is between 28000 - 35000 £ per year.

NO cold calling, ALL existing customers. Candidates MUST have at least 6 months cold calling experience or at least 12 months telesales experience within the last 2 years. This role involves speaking to existing customers who have already made an order online, upselling and cross selling products rather than cold calling.

Basic salary of 28K PLUS uncapped commission. Dress down, relaxed office environment, NO dialler. Supportive, in-depth training and genuine progression opportunities.

The Outbound Sales Advisor role will involve:

  • Calling customers that have already made an order and offering them alternative products that will save them money!
  • Working towards and achieving targets
  • Using CRM systems

The ideal Outbound Sales Advisor will need to be/have:

  • Previous outbound telesales experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience working towards KPIs and targets
  • Strong communication skills
