Telesales Advisor – NO cold calling ALL existing customers
Candidates MUST have at least 6 months cold calling experience or at least 12 months outbound experience within the last 2 years.
This role is speaking to existing customers that have already made an order online, you will be upselling and cross selling products rather than cold calling.
Basic 28.8K – PLUS uncapped commission
Dress down, relaxed office environment, NO dialler.

The Telesales Advisor role will involve:
· Calling customers that have already made an order and offering them alternative products that will save them money!
· Working towards and achieving targets
· Using CRM systems
The ideal Telesales Advisor will need to be/have:
· Previous outbound telesales experience
· Knowledge of Microsoft office packages
· Experience working towards KPI's and targets
· Strong communication skills
