I am currently working with a Leading, Modern and Flexible Law Firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Cilex to join their growing team in Macclesfield.
Conveyancer Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage your own case load of residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) and all associated procedures
- To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
- Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
- To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision
Required experience for the Conveyancer:
- 2 years conveyancing experience
- You will be an established Fee Earner or Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
- Ability to manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters
- Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a dedication to your career
- Ambitious, driven, and personable!
