Responsibilities of the B2B Account Manager:
- Manage and grow existing B2B accounts through proactive outreach (phone, email, digital platforms) and respond to inbound enquiries.
- Promote the full range of our clients offerings, including devices, accessories, and value-add services such as grading, custom packaging, and pre-configuration.
- Negotiate pricing, upsell product ranges, and build orders to maximise revenue.
- Monitor and drive customer sales performance against agreed KPIs.
- Promote our digital tools (e.g., sales portals) to enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct customer visits and represent us at UK-based exhibitions and industry events.
- Proactively identify, win and onboard new B2B business opportunities.
- Undertake market research and conduct due diligence on prospective customers.
