My client is looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor who is able to work with little supervision and has the knowledge and experience to train and develop more junior members of the team. Ideally, the successful candidate will have 5 years PQE/Valid experience, or hold a full CILEX qualification and have experience in the following areas:
- Wills
- Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Inheritance tax
- Probate
- Later life planning
- Estate Administration
Membership of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and/or STEP experience is desirable, but not essential.
Ideal Candidate
- Hold a relevant qualification (i.e. Solicitor, CILEX)
- Have experience of managing a busy workload and prioritising appropriately
- Be highly self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
- Be well presented with excellent client care
- Have experience and willingness to be involved in professional networking and marketing activities
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of managing a busy case load including Estate Administration, Trusts, Wills and LPAs
