Telesales Advisor – NO cold calling, ALL existing customers.
Candidates MUST have at least 6 months cold calling experience or at least 12 months outbound experience within the last 2 years. This role involves speaking to existing customers who have already made an order online; you will be upselling and cross selling products rather than cold calling.
Basic salary: 28K – PLUS uncapped commission. Dress down, relaxed office environment, NO dialler. Supportive, in-depth training and genuine progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Calling customers that have already made an order and offering them alternative products that will save them money!
- Working towards and achieving targets.
- Using CRM systems.
- Previous outbound telesales experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience working towards KPI’s and targets.
- Strong communication skills.
- 28 days holiday with an additional day holiday each year, up to 33 days a year.
