Our client requires an Electronics Engineer based in Cheadle, Staffordshire Moorlands. The ideal candidate will be required to work on their own initiative in carrying out:

  • Evaluation of repairs of various electronic equipment
  • Dismantling and assessment of repairs
  • Repair and testing
  • Ability to interpret diagrams
  • Fault find PCB’s to component level
  • Background in diagnosis
  • Some programming experience desirable
  • Ability to reverse engineer preferred
  • Ability to solder through hole and/or surface mount PCB’s to IPC standard
  • Communicating with all members of staff and when required suppliers
