Do you have a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a versatile Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s team in Llandudno, North Wales. You will need to have excellent customer service and upselling skills along with a knowledge and understanding of automotive systems and components.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department
- Upsell relevant products and services (VHCs, service plans, and warranties) with integrity
- Maintain thorough product expertise and update your knowledge through manufacturer-led training, both in person and online
- Provide customers with progress updates on their vehicles
Qualifications
- Communication skills: handle a busy phone line and face-to-face queue with strong customer-facing experience
- Full UK driving licence and manageable commute to our client’s North Wales location (Llandudno)
- Upselling skills and experience
- Understanding of automotive systems and components and familiarity with manufacturer repair times and standards
