Based in Birmingham, our client β offers a comprehensive in-house service that covers everything from new builds to major refurbishments, groundworks to roofing, and M&E to full facilities management. They pride themselves on creating lasting relationships through quality and reliability. With their portfolio expanding, they are now seeking a hands-on Site Manager to join the team and lead multiple projects across the West Midlands. About the Role As Site Manager, youβll be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations across 2β3 live projects at any one time. These sites can range in scope and scale, typically running for 12β18 months and covering everything from fit-out works and remedials to major upgrades and new build developments. You will be the key figure coordinating multiple gangs across different trades, ensuring smooth communication, safe working practices, and quality delivery on all fronts.
