We’re currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, working on major construction projects across the East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly respected contractor delivering large-scale, high-profile schemes across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and leisure.
The Role
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, preparing accurate and competitive tenders while working closely with commercial, planning, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for major construction projects
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
- Work collaboratively with internal teams during the tender process
