Are you a Site Supervisor with experience in retail fit out? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering high-quality projects for leading retail brands? I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established national contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering retail refurbishment and fit out projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Site Supervisor to their team. The Role As Site Supervisor, you'll support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities * Supervising subcontractors and trades on site. * Ensuring works are completed in line with programme and specification. * Promoting and maintaining high health & safety standards. * Monitoring quality throughout the project and assisting with snagging. * Coordinating deliveries, materials, and site logistics. * Maintaining site records and reporting progress to the Site Manager and Contracts Manager. * Building positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team. What We're Looking For * Proven experience supervising retail fit out or fast-track refurbishment projects. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple trades in a live or occupied environment. * SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. * CSCS Card. * First Aid at Work qualification (preferred). * Full UK Driving Licence. * Willingness to travel and lodge away when required.
