Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven background delivering high-end retail fit out projects? I'm working with a well-established nationwide contractor that has an exciting pipeline of projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee fast-paced retail refurbishment and fit out schemes. The Role You will be responsible for managing projects from site set-up through to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities * Managing day-to-day site operations. * Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers. * Ensuring projects are delivered to programme and budget. * Maintaining high standards of health & safety. * Conducting site meetings and reporting progress to the Contracts Manager. * Managing quality control and snagging through to completion. * Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders on site. Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager within the retail fit out sector. * Experience delivering fast-track refurbishment and fit out projects. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Willingness to travel and stay away when required.
