Job Description
Electrical Project Manager – Immediately Required.\\n\\nRCM Ltd are partnering with a privately owned, Building Services contractor located within the East Midlands. They specialise in MEP installations within the commercial, distribution/logistic, educational, residential and leisure sectors to name but a few.\\n\\nWe are looking to speak with experienced Electrical Project Managers and Electrical Project Engineers who would like the opportunity to work on Electrical projects from cradle to grave.\\n\\nAs an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:\\n\\n * MEP Installations & ensuring that they are completed to specification and high standards\\n\\n * Managing the team to meet deadlines and ensure a successful handover\\n\\n * Reporting into the Director on a weekly basis\\n\\n * Provide estimates for potential tender opportunites.\\n\\n * Overlooking the project from inception through to handover\\n\\n * Ensuring that materials are ordered and on site to limit delays to the MEP Installation / project\\n\\n * Managing direct staff and subcontractors\\n\\nAs an Electrical Project Manager, you will be required to have the following\\n\\n * Previous experience in working for an MEP / Building Services Contractor, with some estimating experience\\n\\n * NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or HNC / HND in Building Services Engineering\\n\\n * CSCS Card\\n\\nIf you are interested in the Electrical Project Manager role, then please contact Aidan on (phone number removed)\\n\\nRCM LTD is advertising this vacancy in its capacity as an employment business.
