Are you an experienced Senior Building Services Manager / M&E Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a driven and technically strong professional to lead and manage all Mechanical & Electrical services across high-profile construction projects.
The Role
As Senior Building Services Manager (M&E Manager), you will take full responsibility for the delivery, coordination, and quality assurance of all M&E packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Mechanical & Electrical services on site
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and design teams
- Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with specifications
- Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover processes
- Ensure delivery aligns with programme, budget, and quality standards
- Maintain strong H&S and regulatory compliance across all M&E activities
- Provide technical support to project and commercial teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Senior M&E / Building Services management role
- Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience delivering large-scale commercial, education or leisure projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Relevant qualifications in Building Services Engineering or similar
