An established and forward-thinking construction business is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join their growing team across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of mechanical and electrical packages on projects ranging from £10m - £30m, spanning a diverse portfolio including:

The Role Of M&E Project Manager
You will be responsible for managing the full M&E lifecycle across multiple projects, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing M&E packages from pre-construction through to handover
- Working closely with design teams during pre-tender and design development stages
- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist supply chain partners
- Overseeing installation works on-site, ensuring programme and quality targets are met
- Managing budgets, procurement schedules, and cost control for M&E elements
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements
- Leading project meetings and acting as the key point of contact for all M&E related matters
- Supporting commissioning, testing, and handover processes
As The M&E Project Manager
We’re keen to speak with individuals who bring a strong blend of technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and delivery experience. Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager within the construction or building services sector
- Experience delivering projects in the £10m - £30m range (or similar complexity)
- Exposure to multiple sectors (residential, commercial, industrial, fit-out, etc.)
- Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience working across preconstruction and delivery phases
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- Relevant qualifications in Building Services Engineering or similar
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid certifications
- Experience working with main contractors or large-scale developers
