We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a top Regional Main Contractor covering South Birmingham. This is a key role responsible for managing construction contracts across multiple projects, ensuring commercial control, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer construction contracts from pre-contract stage through to final account
- Oversee cost control, valuations, variations, and change management
- Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company requirements
- Support dispute resolution and claims where necessary
