We are currently seeking a skilled Chef / Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team and help make the restaurant a welcoming part of the neighbourhood. Prepare, cook and present delicious dishes Ensure the kitchen is fully prepared for service Work efficiently during busy services Keep kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth and timely service Assist with receiving, storing and rotating ingredients Support with cleaning, stock control and general kitchen organisation Contribute positively to the development of the kitchen and restaurant as the new team grows Have previous professional kitchen experience, especially in a fresh food setting Be passionate about food and committed to producing consistently good-quality dishes Be organised, reliable and able to work calmly when under pressure Have high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and kitchen organisation Have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team Be hands-on, positive and collaborative Be ambitious and excited by the opportunity to join a new restaurant and help shape its future Have the right to work in the UK The opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant and kitchen team .
