We’re looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to join our growing team and lead our engagement strategy with accounting firms across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working and selling within the accounting sector, with an established network they can leverage to drive strategic partnerships. This is a pivotal role in expanding RCK’s reach by building trusted relationships with accounting firms, positioning us as their preferred vendor for R&D Tax Credit, Capital Allowance, and Business Rates services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and onboard new accounting firm partners to generate high-quality client referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across partner firms.
- Develop a deep understanding of partner needs and tailor collaboration strategies accordingly.
- Manage a portfolio of partner relationships, ensuring consistent communication and mutual value creation.
- Drive commercial growth by securing partnership agreements and embedding RCK services within partner client offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams (Commercial, Marketing, and Delivery) to ensure a seamless experience for partners and their clients.
- Represent RCK at industry events, networking opportunities, and professional association meetings.
- Track, report, and forecast partnership performance and pipeline activity.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working and selling within the accounting or financial services sector.
- Strong existing network within accounting firms, with a proven ability to leverage relationships to drive results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with a track record of achieving growth targets through partnerships.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
