RCK Partners is a specialist consultancy practice based in the City of London, specialising in innovation funding and tax relief. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team and lead our product offering with c-suite level prospects across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of building and developing new business relationships within at least one of these sectors, with an established network they can leverage to drive strategic partnerships.

This is a pivotal role in expanding RCK’s reach by building trusted relationships with relevant prospect clients, positioning us as their preferred vendor for Research & Development tax relief, Capital Allowance & Business Rates services.

  • Implement and embed a solid GTM strategy for new business development into RCK’s service lines.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across a dynamic portfolio of clients.
  • Represent RCK at industry events, networking opportunities, and professional association meetings.
  • Track, report, and forecast performance and pipeline activity.

Minimum 5 years’ experience of business development in either fintech/AI/defence/sustainable tech, with a strong, demonstrable network of credible relationships.

Strong existing network of credible relationships with key decision makers, with a proven ability to leverage relationships to drive results.
