Atlas Suppored Living is a service where we support our tenants to gain independence completing activities that suit their individual needs, from shopping, banking, housekeeping, fun activities, using public transport, medication administration, volunteering and finding employment. Our team strives to learn as much as possible about the individuals we support to enable them to receive the correct and suitable support. A community setting with opportunities for an active, supportive social life. On‑site staff support to meet every tenant\’s individual needs. Living accommodation where you can have your own tenancy for life if you so wish.
Responsibilities
- Assisting tenants with personal care activities
- Providing physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities, both individually and as a group
- Taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well‑being and social needs of the tenants
- Being aware and participating in the development of tenants Care plans and having full awareness of any specialist support need
Qualifications
- A kind, caring and compassionate nature
- Passionate and keen to develop new skills
- A good listener with patience
- Flexibility, due to shift work
- Ability to communicate well, both written and verbally
- Candidates MUST have proof of right to work in the UK
