Brentwood Care Centre are seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. What does the job include?
This is a varied role where you’ll get the opportunity to form close bonds with the individuals you care for whilst working as part of a dedicated team. From administering medication, providing clinical care such as catheterisation, venepuncture and IVI therapy, to completing risk assessments and developing person-centred care plans, no two days will be the same.
You’ll also be a clinical expert so will have the opportunity to suggest and make quality improvements following audits whilst coaching, mentoring and guiding your team members to improve their knowledge and competencies too, helping them to provide the very best care and support to residents.
