The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Base pay range: This range is provided by RCH Care Homes. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all waste removal is in accordance with agreed procedures.
- Clean all floor areas, damp-dusting and thorough cleaning of all furniture, fixtures and fittings (moving light equipment if necessary).
- Clean all sanitary areas.
- Clean internal paintwork, doors, window frames, skirting boards etc.
- Abide by all COSHH regulations, colour coding and clean/store all domestic equipment according to agreed procedures.
- Adhere to cleaning schedule, attend staff meetings and training if required.
- Respect client’s independence, privacy and dignity.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Foster good working relationships.
- Communicate effectively with all grades of staff.
- Maintain both business and client confidentiality.
- Take care of the building and report any defects or repairs.
- Carry out deep cleaning throughout the home as required.
- Adhere to IP&C regulations.
- Before end of shift, check that all floors have sufficient linen (towels/bedding etc).
- Work a rota covering 7 days per week.
