About the Opportunity
As a Cylinder Coordinator, you\\\’ll support the delivery of cylinder services across our operations, with a focus on the handling, testing, and dispatch of rental and client-owned cylinders. Working closely with the Equipment and Cylinder Coordinator, you\\\’ll help ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Activities
- Handle, clean, and leak-test cylinders in line with company procedures.
- Safely load, offload, and store cylinders, ensuring accurate database tracking.
- Prepare dispatch documentation and arrange timely client deliveries.
- Carry out minor repairs and report additional maintenance needs.
- Monitor certification status and coordinate re-certification when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop environment.
- Manage spare parts stock to support efficient repairs.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or service enhancement.
- Adhere to all QHSE standards, including ISO and COSHH requirements, and report any incidents or near misses.
