We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer, either Principal or Associate level, to lead our Mechanical team. If you are keen to work in a rapidly growing, exciting and innovative building services consultancy, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
- Leading our mechanical engineering team to deliver a wide range of projects.
- Leading on large, complex projects, from due diligence and feasibility through to RIBA stage 5+.
- Working with our electrical, public health & sustainability teams.
Requirements:
- Circa 6-10+ years in mechanical design, ideally having led teams and complex projects.
- Full understanding of mechanical related building services with a good understanding across electrical and public health systems.
- Working knowledge of all key CIBSE, BSRIA and other guidance documents as well as the building regulations.
- Experience in delivering projects within the UK.
- Ideally experienced across commercial, education and residential sectors, as well as working for public and private sector clients.
- Understanding and knowledge of delivering Net Zero strategies and designs.
- Competence with Revit is preferable but not essential.
- Highly IT literate and able to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint to high levels.
This role is currently 4 days per week in the office, 1 WFH.
