Welcome to another Prestigious Vacancy for RCCN. We are currently looking to employ a Senior Cleaning Supervisor at Garstang Academy, 35hrs per week, 11.00am to 6.00pm, £16.00 per hr.
The Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Cleaning Supervisor. You will need to be an organised and energetic individual with proven leadership skills as well as a passion for cleaning and people.
Key Accountabilities
- Take responsibility for the management and development of cleaning contracts within your designated area.
- Work with and support our clients and team members in the day-to-day service we deliver.
- Maximise contract through the delivery of a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Communicate effectively with the client, staff and head office teams.
- Ensure staff retention and motivation and develop team members.
- Select, recruit and vet employees in alignment with Company and Client policies, terms and conditions, and be accountable for their induction and ongoing training and development.
- Ensure that all additional deep clean work is planned, delivered and audited on completion.
- Ensure that all necessary resources, materials, and machines are available and on site and maintained.
- Adhere to all Company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
