Welcome to another Prestigious Vacancy for RCCN. We are currently looking to employ a Multi Site hands on Cleaning Manager within the Doncaster Barnsley area.
The Purpose
We are looking for a new Multi Site hands on Cleaning Manager, to join the team working alongside our Operations Manager. You will need to be an organised and energetic individual with proven leadership skills as well as a passion for cleaning and people.
Key Accountabilities
- Take responsibility for the management and development of cleaning contracts within your designated area.
- Work with and support our clients and team members in the day-to-day service we deliver.
- Maximise contract through the delivery of a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Communicate effectively with the client, staff and head office teams.
- Ensure staff retention and motivation and develop team members.
- Select, recruit and vet employees in alignment with Company and Client policies, terms and conditions, and be accountable for their induction and ongoing training and development.
- Ensure that all additional deep clean work is planned, delivered and audited on completion.
- Ensure that all necessary resources, materials, and machines are available and on site and maintained.
- Adhere to all Company Health and Safety policies.
