Welcome to another Prestigious Vacancy for RCCN. We are currently looking to employ cleaners at York Sports Village, 15 hours per week, 22:30 to 01:00 pm, 6 days a week.
The Purpose: You will need to be an organised and energetic individual with proven leadership skills as well as a passion for cleaning and people.
Key Accountabilities:
- Take responsibility for the management and development of cleaning contracts within your designated area.
- Work with and support our clients and team members in the day-to-day service we deliver.
- Maximise contract through the delivery of a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Communicate effectively with the client, staff and head office teams.
- Ensure staff retention and motivation and develop team members.
- Select, recruit and vet employees in alignment with Company and Client policies, terms and conditions, and be accountable for their induction and ongoing training and development.
- Ensure that all additional deep clean work is planned, delivered and audited on completion.
- Ensure that all necessary resources, materials, and machines are available and on site and maintained.
- Adhere to all Company Health and Safety policies, procedures and instructions and confirm their effectiveness through planned Health & Safety audits and regular reviews.
- Ensure that contracts are operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance and are regularly audited monthly.
- Inspect the facilities regularly to ensure a high standard of work is maintained.
Required Experience:
- Have previous cleaning experience, with excellent knowledge of cleaning materials and techniques.
- Have a confident and flexible approach, with previous experience managing and directing cleaning and facilities staff.
- Be highly organised and able to schedule cover staff where needed.
- Previous experience interacting with and communicating with clients.
