Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction or façades and specialist knowledge of door automation systems? This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in entrance and access solutions, delivering major projects across the South of the UK.
The Role
As Major Projects Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects valued up to ÂŁ800k, ensuring successful delivery from site readiness through to completion and handover. Based out of the Sunbury-on-Thames office, you will regularly travel to project sites across the South of the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day management of major projects
- Ensuring site readiness prior to installation
- Overseeing installation teams and subcontractors
- Managing quality control and progress validation
- Acting as the primary client contact and first line of escalation for operational or quality issues
- Maintaining accurate site records and progress reports
- Tracking project timelines, performance and margins
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
You will play a critical role in safeguarding delivery standards while protecting commercial performance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or façades industry
- Previous handsâon installation experience with door automation systems
- Experience managing projects up to high sixâfigure values
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to track margins

- SMSTS
- CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
