We are recruiting on behalf of one of our closest clients, a highly respected and growing business within the BMS industry, seeking an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager ready to take the next step into a Head of Projects / Project Leader position.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of an entire project delivery function, leading a key business vertical with genuine progression towards Directorship.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in Project Management or Contracts Management within the BMS (Building Management Systems) industry.
  • A strong background in delivering BMS projects from inception through to completion.

  • Willingness to travel across the North West as required.
