Are you an experienced manager with a passion for delivering high-quality project outcomes? We’re looking for a dynamic Small Works Delivery Manager to lead a growing division within a highly respected organisation known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and its people.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of small works projects, from initial scoping through to successful delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Conduct project reviews and drive continuous improvement
Financial & Operational Control
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and margin performance
- Ensure strong commercial control across all projects
- Identify and mitigate risks
Proven experience in a managerial or project management role
Solid financial and commercial awareness
Gold CSCS Card
Fire systems knowledge
Demonstrable experience managing projects or small works
