Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Assess feasibility, define scope, and set budgets and resources
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Monitor progress, providing updates and forecasts
- Conduct project reviews and drive continuous improvement
- Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Set clear objectives aligned with business and client goals
- Delegate effectively and coordinate team activities
- Provide guidance and support to engineers, managers, and admin staff
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and margin performance
- Ensure strong commercial control across all projects

About You
- Proven experience in a managerial or project management role
