The Role
You will act as the central coordination point between our product supply, installation subcontractors, main contractors, and clients. While the role is home-based, you’ll attend site at key milestones. You’ll take full ownership of project documentation, drive payment applications, manage subcontractor delivery, and serve as the primary client-facing contact across multiple live projects.

- Compile and manage commissioning documentation packs (O&Ms, compliance records, test certificates, as-builts)
- Prepare and submit payment applications; certify subcontractor payments
- Manage subcontractor scope, performance, and day-to-day delivery interface
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and main contractors throughout delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Background as a Contracts Engineer or Project Engineer within a UK fire protection, sprinkler, M&E, or building services contractor
- Strong experience in document control, commissioning packs, and subcontractor management
- Comfortable handling payment applications and basic contract administration
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail
- Clear and confident communicator
- Experience in fire suppression or water mist systems is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
