We are one of the fastest-growing security distributors in the UK, and we’re looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to join our team in Northampton. As part of our expansion, you will play a key role in driving growth, increasing market share, and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers.

Your Role:

  • Grow and increase market share through proactive sales activity
  • Re-engage with lapsed accounts and maximise existing relationships
  • Generate and deliver accurate quotes to customers
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a seamless experience
  • Maintain and update CRM systems efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive overall business success

About You:

  • Experience in security distribution or a similar industry
  • Proven track record in sales or account management
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to work with CRM systems effectively
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about customer service
