Audio Visual LED Field Technician Locations: Manchester (fully remote, apart from training/internal requirements) Salary is £27,000 to £30,000 Hours: 40 hours/week + overtime available Join an up-and-coming, events-based family business! Key Responsibilities: * Installing and maintaining AV/LED equipment to ensure optimal performance * Diagnosing and repairing technical issues across various systems * Conducting testing and diagnostics to evaluate system reliability * Completing documentation, maintaining logs, and producing service reports * Providing excellent customer service and explaining technical issues clearly * Following safety protocols and company procedures to ensure compliant operations ✅ Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in audio/visual (essential) * Live event industry experience (preferred) This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting live events, develop your technical expertise, and be part of a supportive, growing team
