We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in home care settings. Duties
- Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Supporting individuals with their daily activities in accordance with personalised care plans
- Monitoring clients' health and reporting any concerns to senior staff
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding where necessary
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided using IT systems
- Driving clients safely to appointments or outings as required (driving licence essential)
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Good IT literacy for maintaining accurate records and updating care plans
