With an award-winning leadership team and an impressive client list, the agency creates ideas that spark conversation, capture attention, and make a lasting impact across every channel.
Now, they’re looking for a Social Media Executive who lives and breathes social — someone who’s equal parts thinker, planner, maker and doer. You’ll join a talented social team working with one of the world’s most recognisable global brands — a household name with over 50 million customers. Reporting to the Social Creative Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating, posting and analysing content that inspires audiences and fuels cultural relevance. This is a varied, hybrid role that blends content creation, community management and social insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, write, and schedule organic social content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Capture social-first content — from video to behind-the-scenes moments, interviews or product features — largely using in-house equipment.
- Edit and produce short-form video content, from subtitling to final output for multiple platforms.
- Support the Social Creative Lead in developing ideas from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce on-brand creative assets.
- Manage community interactions: moderation, replies, and engagement opportunities.
- Track and analyse performance data, surfacing insights that inform creative strategy.
- Stay informed about cultural trends, memes, and platform updates, and share inspiration with the broader team.
- Support live event coverage (with occasional flexibility around hours).
- Contribute to integrated campaigns across the wider agency.
About You:
- 2–4+ years’ experience managing or creating content for brand social channels.
- Proven ability to create social-first video content — from shooting to editing.
- Strong understanding of social trends, platform culture, and emerging formats.
- Skilled at writing short, engaging copy tailored to each channel and audience.
- Confident using social management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, native analytics) and G-Suite.
- Comfortable interpreting analytics and turning data into actionable insights.
- Organised, proactive, collaborative, and calm under pressure.
- A self-starter with ideas, initiative, and a genuine passion for social media, creativity, and culture.
This agency believes creativity thrives on diversity — of people, perspectives and backgrounds — and welcomes applicants from all walks of life. Sound like you? Join a team where your ideas matter, your curiosity is valued, and your work helps shape the cultural conversation.
