An independent creative agency is looking for a Social Creative Lead to help shape the next phase of its creative output across a growing portfolio of global brands. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how modern brands earn attention, build relevance and create meaningful engagement through social, content and culture.

Initially focused on a major global healthcare brand, you'll lead the development of social-first campaigns, content platforms and always-on creative programmes that move beyond trend chasing and deliver genuine audience impact. The Opportunity

  • Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Able to translate insight, research and complex subject matter into engaging creative ideas.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, audience behaviour and content ecosystems.
  • Comfortable leading creative conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Curious, collaborative and commercially aware.
