An independent creative content studio is looking for an experienced Freelance Social Creative Lead to join the team for incoming projects.
Working across one of the studio's flagship global accounts, you'll take ownership of creative responses from day one—leading social-first campaigns, shaping content platforms and helping deliver outstanding creative work across integrated channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making the work as much as leading it.
You'll work closely with strategy, design, production and account teams, developing ideas that are grounded in audience insight, platform behaviour and culture.
We're looking for someone who can arrive with confidence, integrate quickly and add immediate creative value.

- Lead social-first creative development across a major global client.
- Develop campaign ideas, content platforms and always-on creative.
- Write scripts, social copy, presentation narratives and creative rationale.
- Turn complex subject matter into engaging, accessible creative ideas.
- Present creative work internally and to clients.
- Mentor creatives where appropriate and help maintain high creative standards.
- Work collaboratively with strategy, production and client teams to deliver best-in-class work.
