A fast-growth independent creative agency is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of a major integrated consumer campaign for a global brand. This role requires someone with 8+ years' experience within integrated creative agencies and a strong track record delivering large-scale 360 campaigns across film, digital, social, content, production and paid media.
Working closely with Business Directors, Creative teams and Production, you'll bring structure, pace and commercial rigour to a complex programme of work, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard. You'll understand the realities of modern campaign delivery: balancing creative ambition with operational excellence, managing multiple stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and maintaining complete control of timelines, budgets and resources without losing momentum.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at a senior level within the agency, building confidence with both clients and internal teams whilst proactively identifying challenges and driving solutions.
This is a hands-on Senior PM role for someone who enjoys the challenge of delivering ambitious integrated work. You'll oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously, acting as the central point of coordination across Creative, Strategy, Production, Account Management and external partners to ensure projects move seamlessly from brief through to launch.
