An ambitious independent creative agency is looking for a Creative Lead – Copy & Content to help shape the next chapter of its creative offering—leading integrated thinking across copy, storytelling, social, film and content for some of the world's best-known brands.

This role sits at the intersection of creative direction, storytelling and content leadership. You'll shape integrated ideas that work across social, film, digital, brand and earned channels—remaining close to the craft whilst helping lead a growing creative team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing independent agency at an exciting stage of its journey. Working alongside a highly experienced leadership team, you'll help define creative standards, influence the agency's direction and create work that earns attention because it's genuinely worth engaging with.

The role

You'll lead the creative development of integrated ideas from the initial brief through to delivery, partnering closely with Strategy, Client Services, Design, and Production to create work that is culturally relevant, commercially effective, and beautifully executed. One day you could be shaping a global brand platform. The next, writing a film script, developing a content ecosystem, refining a tone of voice or helping win a major new piece of business.

You'll remain close to the work - leading by example, mentoring creatives and raising the standard of creative thinking across the agency.

You’ll bring

  • A copy-led creative background with exceptional writing and conceptual thinking.
  • Significant experience developing integrated campaigns across social, digital, film, content and brand communications.
  • Strong experience building brand narratives, messaging frameworks and content ecosystems.
  • The ability to develop platform ideas that work across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Experience presenting and selling creative ideas to senior clients.
  • A collaborative leadership style, mentoring creatives whilst remaining hands-on with the work.
  • A passion for modern storytelling, culture and content, with the curiosity to keep pushing ideas further.

We'd love to meet someone who has built their career within integrated, digital, content or social-first agencies, where creativity extends beyond advertising into ongoing brand experiences and meaningful audience engagement.

Why join?

You'll be joining an agency at an exciting stage of growth, helping shape both the work and the culture from the ground up. You'll work alongside an ambitious leadership team, contribute to global brands and have genuine influence over the agency's creative direction as it continues to grow. If you're a copy-led creative who thrives on integrated thinking, loves building stories that travel across channels and wants to create work people genuinely engage with, we'd love to hear from you.
