The role

  • You’ll lead paid social strategy end-to-end — from planning through to activation and optimisation — working closely with creative, social and account teams to ensure paid is integrated from the start, not layered on at the end.
  • You’ll influence how campaigns are built, how audiences are defined, and how content is shaped to perform in paid environments.
  • It’s a role for someone who understands that strong paid performance comes from the combination of smart planning, creative thinking and rigorous optimisation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing paid social strategies aligned to brand and performance objectives
  • Planning and running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Defining audiences, budgets and channel roles within campaigns
  • Overseeing setup, trafficking and execution across platforms
  • Continuously optimising campaigns to improve efficiency and results
  • Partnering with creative teams to shape content that performs in paid
  • Building testing frameworks across audiences, formats and messaging
  • Turning performance data into clear, actionable insight
