This independent creative agency is looking for an experienced Senior Creative (Copy) to join the team on a freelance basis. Working across Healthcare, Technology and consumer brands, you'll develop integrated creative ideas that live across campaigns, content, social, influencer, film, digital and brand communications.
This is a role for someone who loves ideas as much as words. You'll be a naturally conceptual, copy-led creative who can shape campaign platforms, craft compelling narratives and simplify complex messages into engaging, memorable creative.
The RoleWorking closely with Strategy, Design, Production, Social and Account teams, you'll help develop bold integrated campaigns from initial concept through to delivery. You'll move comfortably between big-campaign thinking and hands-on copycraft—whether that's creating a creative platform, scripting a film, writing a manifesto, developing launch messaging, building campaign toolkits, or shaping a brand's tone of voice.
You'll understand how ideas need to evolve across today's social landscape, creating work that's designed to be shared, talked about and amplified through creators and influencer partnerships—not simply adapted for social once the campaign has been developed. Healthcare experience would be beneficial but isn't essential. What matters most is your ability to think conceptually, write beautifully and create ideas that connect with people wherever they encounter them.
What You'll Be Doing- Developing big campaign ideas rooted in powerful storytelling.
- Leading the copy and narrative across integrated campaigns.
- Creating concepts that work seamlessly across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Writing across film, social, digital, CRM, websites, brand campaigns and content ecosystems.
- Crafting headlines, scripts, manifestos, messaging frameworks and campaign toolkits.
- Developing social-first ideas that feel native to each platform while supporting the wider campaign.
- Creating concepts that leverage creators, influencers and content partnerships to maximise engagement and cultural relevance.
- Working alongside Strategy, Social and Account teams to translate insight into compelling creative.
- Collaborating closely with Designers and Art Directors to deliver exceptional integrated work.
- Presenting creative ideas confidently to clients and internal teams.
- Championing creative excellence throughout every stage of delivery.
You'll be a conceptually driven, copy-first creative with significant experience working within integrated creative agencies. You'll bring:
- A portfolio demonstrating outstanding conceptual copywriting across integrated campaigns.
- Strong experience creating work across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Excellent writing craft—from campaign platforms and headlines through to scripts, brand storytelling and long-form content.
- Experience developing social-first creative and integrated content programmes.
- A solid understanding of influencer and creator marketing, with experience developing ideas that work collaboratively with creators rather than simply using them as media channels.
- An appreciation of how audiences engage with content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- The ability to simplify complex subjects into engaging, human and memorable creative.
- Confidence presenting creative ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative, low-ego approach and genuine passion for great creative work.
- Outstanding attention to detail and an obsession with craft.
You're as comfortable writing a brand film as you are developing a creator brief, shaping a social content series or building an integrated campaign platform that flexes across every channel. You understand modern content ecosystems and create ideas that feel culturally relevant, socially native and built to travel.
Booking DetailsInitial freelance booking with the potential for extension. Hybrid working (Central London). Competitive day rate depending on experience. Immediate start preferred.
If you're a conceptually strong, copy-led creative who enjoys developing ideas that connect across every touchpoint—from integrated campaigns to social-first content and influencer collaborations—we'd love to hear from you.
This agency is an equal opportunities employer. We believe the strongest creative ideas come from diverse perspectives, experiences and backgrounds, and we welcome applications from people from all walks of life.
