This social-first creative agency is looking for a Freelance Senior Social Project Manager to help deliver social-first campaigns and always-on content programmes for major global brands. This isn't a traditional PM role. It's for someone who understands the realities of modern social delivery.

A significant proportion of the work will focus on a large-scale healthcare account, supporting the delivery of social programmes across multiple markets and channels.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning timelines, schedules and delivery plans across social campaigns and always-on content programmes.
  • Managing multiple content workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Bringing together strategy, creative, design, motion, production and account teams to keep projects moving forward.
  • Running internal status meetings that are focused, productive and action-oriented.
  • Managing approval processes across client, legal and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Maintaining trackers, workflow systems and project documentation with absolute accuracy.
  • Supporting the delivery of both organic and paid social activity.
  • Working closely with media and analytics teams to align on reporting and campaign requirements.
  • Identifying smarter ways of working and helping improve processes across the social team.
  • Spotting risks early and solving problems before they become roadblocks.

About you:

  • You've spent 5+ years delivering work within a social, creative, digital or integrated agency environment.
  • You genuinely understand how social content gets made - from briefing and creation through to approvals, launch and reporting.
  • You've worked across both organic and paid social campaigns.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and no two days look the same.
  • You're highly organised, brilliantly proactive and exceptionally detail-oriented.
  • You're comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines with calm confidence.
  • You love a tracker, appreciate a beautifully maintained timeline and believe that great process enables great creative work.
  • Most importantly, you're someone people trust – clients rely on you, teams value you, and you make delivery feel effortless.
