Help shape the future of a modern creative agency.

Some Creative Director roles are about managing teams.

Others are about protecting the work.

This one is about building something.

We're looking for an exceptional

Creative Director with a background in copywriting and storytelling to help shape the next chapter of an ambitious independent creative agency.

Working alongside the founders and senior leadership team, you'll play a central role in defining the creative output, mentoring the team and creating integrated ideas that connect with audiences across social, film, digital, experiential and every touchpoint in between.

If you've reached the point where you're spending more time reviewing work than creating it, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

The opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join an agency at a genuinely exciting stage of growth.

You'll have the freedom to influence the work, the people and the creative direction of the business, helping shape both the agency's future and your own.

We're looking for someone who still loves the craft.

Someone who enjoys finding the organising idea, building the narrative, writing the script, refining the presentation and working alongside talented designers, strategists and producers to bring great ideas to life.

You'll lead integrated creative projects from the earliest conversations through to final delivery, remaining close to the work whilst inspiring those around you to produce their best thinking.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Leading integrated creative programmes from concept through to delivery.
  • Developing compelling brand platforms, campaigns and content ecosystems.
  • Creating work that lives naturally across social, film, digital, experiential and earned channels.
  • Partnering closely with Strategy, Client Services and Production to shape the strongest possible creative response.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior clients, presenting ideas with confidence and helping grow existing partnerships.
  • Mentoring and developing creative talent whilst fostering a collaborative, ambitious studio culture.
  • Championing exceptional copy, storytelling and creative craft across everything the agency produces.
  • Helping win new business by developing pitch-winning ideas and inspiring creative presentations.

About you

You're an experienced Creative Director with a background in copywriting, storytelling and integrated creative thinking.

You've built your career within integrated, content-led or digital creative agencies where ideas don't stop at a single execution—they become stories, platforms and experiences that audiences genuinely choose to engage with.

You're equally comfortable writing a manifesto, shaping a film script, developing a creative platform, refining tone of voice or helping a team unlock the organising idea behind a major campaign.

You're commercially aware, creatively ambitious and collaborative by nature.

You know how to balance bold thinking with practical delivery and understand what it takes to produce outstanding creative work for ambitious brands.

Most importantly, you're still energised by making the work.

You'll have genuine influence from day one.

You'll work directly with the founders, help shape the creative direction of the agency and build integrated work for globally recognised brands that values storytelling, strategic thinking and exceptional craft.

This isn't an opportunity to inherit someone else's creative vision.

It's an opportunity to help define your own.
