An independent creative agency is looking for a Social Creative Lead to help shape the next phase of its creative output across a growing portfolio of global brands. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how modern brands earn attention, build relevance and create meaningful engagement through social, content and culture. Initially focused on a major global healthcare brand, you'll lead the development of social-first campaigns, content platforms and always-on creative programmes that move beyond trend chasing and deliver genuine audience impact. You'll be joining a fast-growth agency environment where creative ambition, strategic thinking and content expertise sit at the heart of everything they do.
The Opportunity
- Lead creative development across a flagship global client account.
- Own projects from brief through to execution.

Your Background
- Experience within a social, content, integrated or creative agency environment.
- Currently operating as a Senior Creative, Creative Lead or Associate Creative Director.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first thinking across multiple formats and channels.
- Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills.
- Able to translate insight, research and complex subject matter into engaging creative ideas.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, audience behaviour and content ecosystems.
- Comfortable leading creative conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Curious, collaborative and commercially aware.
