Bring great ideas to life through motion. Hybrid | London | Up to £400 per day | Freelance with potential to become permanent.

Exceptional motion doesn’t just move. It transforms an idea. A fast-growing, creative content agency is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to help bring ambitious creative ideas to life across social, brand, film, digital and integrated campaigns. This is an opportunity for a designer who thinks beyond animation. Someone with outstanding design instincts, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating motion that elevates the work rather than simply bringing it to life.

Working alongside Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters and Producers, you’ll shape ideas from concept through to final delivery, producing beautifully crafted motion across multiple formats and platforms. From social-first content and campaign assets to presentations, films and brand communications, every project is different, offering genuine creative variety. This isn’t a specialist 3D role. They’re looking for someone whose foundation is outstanding design, typography, composition and visual storytelling, with motion as their craft.

What you’ll bring:
  • Significant experience creating motion within a creative agency or studio environment.
  • Exceptional motion design skills using Adobe After Effects and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong graphic design foundations with an excellent eye for typography, layout, pacing and composition.
  • Experience creating motion across social, digital, film, presentations and integrated campaigns.
  • The confidence to develop ideas collaboratively while contributing your own creative thinking throughout the process.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver exceptional creative work to deadline.
  • A genuine interest in culture, design and emerging creative trends.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender or similar 3D software is welcomed, but not essential.
About you:

You’re someone who obsesses over craft. You understand that the smallest details often make the biggest difference. You enjoy collaborating with talented creatives, thrive in a fast-moving studio environment and care just as much about the quality of the idea as you do its execution. You bring a positive, low-ego approach, take ownership of your work and enjoy solving creative challenges alongside people who genuinely love what they do.

For the right person, this freelance opportunity could lead to a permanent position as the studio continues to grow. If you’re looking for an opportunity to create outstanding work with an ambitious creative team, we’d love to see your portfolio and showreel.
