Social Media Executive who lives and breathes social — someone who’s equal parts thinker, planner, maker and doer.
You’ll join a talented social team working with one of the world’s most recognisable global brands — a household name with over 50 million customers.
Reporting to the Social Creative Lead, you’ll play a hands‑on role in creating, posting and analysing content that inspires audiences and fuels cultural relevance.
This is a varied, hybrid role that blends content creation, community management and social insight.
One day you’ll be out shooting short‑form video, the next you’ll be editing, scheduling and analysing what worked — and why.
You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas to the table, spot trends before they peak, and make content that’s timely, human, and beautifully crafted.
It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to grow quickly within a collaborative, ambitious environment — where great ideas are made together and curiosity is part of the job description.
Key
Responsibilities: Plan, write, and schedule organic social content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, and emerging channels.
Capture social‑first content — from video to behind‑the‑scenes moments, interviews or product features — largely using in‑house equipment.
Edit and produce short‑form video content, from subtitling to final output for multiple platforms.
Support the Social Creative Lead in developing ideas from concept to execution.
Collaborate with design teams to produce on‑brand creative assets.
Manage community interactions: moderation, replies, and engagement opportunities.
Track and analyse performance data, surfacing insights that inform creative strategy.
Stay informed about cultural trends, memes, and platform updates, and share inspiration with the broader team.
Support live event coverage (with occasional flexibility around hours).
Contribute to integrated campaigns across the wider agency.
About
You: 2–4+ years’ experience managing or creating content for brand social channels.
Proven ability to create social‑first video content — from shooting to editing.
Strong understanding of social trends, platform culture, and emerging formats.
Skilled at writing short, engaging copy tailored to each channel and audience.
Confident using social management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, native analytics) and G‑Suite.
Comfortable interpreting analytics and turning data into actionable insights.
Organised, proactive, collaborative, and calm under pressure.
A self‑starter with ideas, initiative, and a genuine passion for social media, creativity, and culture.
This agency believes creativity thrives on diversity — of people, perspectives and backgrounds — and welcomes applicants from all walks of life.
Join a team where your ideas matter, your curiosity is valued, and your work helps shape the cultural conversation.
